ANOTHER Spartan Sprint 2013 in MS

2013 Resolutions:

  • to continue to grow my relationship with God
  • to achieve my final goal weight of 110lbs. (preferably by March)
  • to be licensed in Zumba Gold
  • to be licensed in Aqua Zumba
  • to be licensed in Basic2
  • to be CoreBoxx certified
  • to receive AFAA Group Exercise Certification
  • to survive another Spartan Sprint
  • to become Crossfit elite
  • to run a 5k in under 30mins
  • to run a 5k in 25 minutes
  • to sign-up and complete a 10k race
  • to be able to squat 250lbs
  • to be able to begin teach Zumba on a regular basis
  • to participate in a Tough Mudder and survive
  • to hike to the summit of Mt Guyot
  • to gain lean muscle mass and reach my goal of less than 10% body fat
  • to continue to eat CLEAN and teach others how to as well
  • to have abs, literally! at this point, I’d gladly take a 4 pack even
  • to have a strong lean body that is competition worthy
  • to tithe more to more charities and continue to be blessed to be able to do so
  • to be able to help others in their own weight loss + health journeys
  • to improve my blogging skills + frequency
  • to be able to be better organized and manage my time between all things
  • to finish my tattoo sleeves
  • to attend a basics survival training course
  • to travel more to different places and share with the world
  • to gift more to family, friends and strangers for no reason at all
  • to continually improve my self confidence, to stop listening to the negative self
  • spend more time with family + friends than necessary :)

This may seem like a really long list but I’ve discovered that this year, anything is totally achievable!

The new year is my oyster waiting to be harvested. :)  All things are possible!
